Hump Day Workout

It’s the middle of the week, how have you been doing with your workouts?  Too busy?  Can’t get to the gym?  Kids got you all tied up?

Then do this simple bodyweight only workout at home or at your office.  Challenge yourself to complete 300 reps total.  Perform each exercise for the prescribed reps back to back without rest.  When you complete the last exercise then you get to rest for 60 seconds.  Complete three rounds to get your 300 reps.

The Exercises

1. Y-Squats – 20 reps

2. Stationary Lunge – 20 reps each side

3. Body Rows – 15 reps

* or Wall Angels (if you don’t have access to a bar) 

4. Pushups

5. Up/Down – 20 reps

6. Jump Squats- 5 reps

No excuses, this can be done anywhere.  Have a great workout!
